Depends on the school and their fee rules.

If you choose not to go to Canada after your visa has been approved, you may not be able to withdraw the semester fee that you have deposited. The terms and conditions for refunding tuition fees can vary depending on the educational institution you have applied to.

You should check with the institution directly to see if they have a policy in place for refunds or if they can provide any specific information regarding your situation.

What should I do if my application process time is overdue. My second time study Visa application takes already four months now.

If your study visa application process time is overdue then the steps you can take:
  1. Fill out the IRCC webform to inquire about the status of your application.
  2. Call the IRCC customer center for updates on your application.
  3. Review and ensure you have submitted all required documents accurately.
  4. Be patient as processing times can vary.
  5. Consider submitting an ATIP application to request more information.
  6. Seek legal assistance if needed to expedite the process.
