My past education 3 years diploma in ECE after 10th , 10 yrs work experience in renowned MNC's in telecom network , course selected in track with work history and aiming future goal i.e computer networking diploma (UG)

My recommendation is, first you obtain offer from Canadian college which hard part (Course should be relevant to your stream).
if college gives you offer then you have only visa obstacle, which checks your finances for survival ( Main emphasis) , your background for any criminality, if family with you then their survival cost, and very strong reason why you selected for Canadian education only & how it will help you back in India since you are applying for study permit.
You have to take lot many hard calls also.

I have profile some what like yours but i have Bachelors in Engineering with 10 yrs work ex. & m married
Importantly i Have college offer.

See nothing is impossible, you just need strong Desire to achieve something Great.

Guys, I have been offered an unconditional offer from a Canadian DLI for Winter 2021 intake. I am planning to apply for study permit soon under non-sds/general category. Although I do not have IELTS test scores due to closures of test centers in my country.

I believe it will continue till November or so. Would it be advisable to apply under non-sds category without IELTS? I have been able to procure a letter from the DLI stating I have fulfilled the language proficiency requirement and they no longer require any further proofs from my side for English proficiency.
