I'm based in the UAE and work as a security guard with over four years of work experience . I have certificates and licenses as a guard also from the relevant authorities . I intend to study Cyber Security in Canada in order to unify both knowledge and establish my profession . Basically , security guard and cyber security underlining object is to prevent crime and safeguard lives and assets . What are the chances of getting a student visa since cyber security is more of IT which contravenes security guard ? Though I intend to convince the visa officer in my motivational letter .

You answered your own question. You need to convince the officer why and how you need / will succeed in cybersecurity despite your lack of IT.
