I did not pass the IELTS Examination. Therefore, Can not I sponsor my uncle for Canadian student Visa? (Please help sir)

can some one truly assist me with the process of getting student visa to canada
I have a family and so M i eligible to apply for a student visa to canada .
If so can i take my spouse and children there with me
Is there a possibility of getting to be permanent resident in canada

I m writing this because I ve tried getting PR visa through express entry , but My score is little less than 400 .so I m trying with hope of any other alternatives if any to reach canada

Hi,
Iam in very similar situation.
My crs is also below 400 so no hope of EE, even pnp are choosy as far as noc is considered so education visa looks an option.

I have read at various forums that 1 yr study permit gives 1 yr post graduation wp. In this 1 year we need to get job, nomination and ircc pr, while on wp we can work part time, spouse can work full time( apply wp for spouse)
