my student visa will expire in June 30, 2010. I will move home back next monday may 17th.

my quetion is, can I come back Canada 7 days before my visa expire or no?. ( my study permit valid till december 2010)
I am afraid that they would not let me in canada because few days left before the expire day.

please let me know before I book my flight.

1. It depends if it was a single entry TRV or not. If it was a single entry, you need a new one. If it was a multiple entry, you don't as long as it is valid when you return.

HI ,I am on dependent visa in Canada as my wife is here on student visa for three year.

Can I take addmission in college without giving IELTS test as i already have Master's degree.
Or I need to go back to country of origin and do IELTS and apply for student VIsa from there ?

1. How many times and threads are you going to post this?
2. Check with the school where you want to attend. See if they require either TOEFL or IELTS and then follow directions.
3. You can apply in Canada if your spouse is on a study permit.
