Student visa

Hi, I have a doubt I hope someone here has knowledge on and can answer me. My situation is the following:
I'm a student currently studying in my last year of high school in Toronto. However, I'm not a Canadian citizen, but I will be obtaining it in a couple of months (my papers are still in the process ). My problem is that I wish to study in a university in Spain, but I don't know if I can obtain a student visa while I'm in the process of obtaining Canadian citizenship. I know there are some exceptions made and in some cases people have permission to leave the country, but I don't know if studying purposes could be a reason that I could leave Canada. Can I obtain a student visa and leave Canada even if Im in the process of obtaining my citizenship here?

Bonjour à vous svp j'aimerais comprendre ma situation j'ai fait la demande de permis d'étude 03 juillet 2024 mais après paiement j'ai pas reçu de confirmation de dépôt ni numéro de demande j'ai envoyé une requête au formulaire web ils m'ont répondu d'envoyer une lettre et certaines informations concernant ma demande j'ai fait tout ça mais il ont envoyé un courriel qu'un message a été envoyé par l'impliquer de compte IRCC mais après vérification j'ai rien trouvé j 'ai donc fait des captures d'écran pour les envoyer vu que c'est un problème technique j'ai envoyé par formulaire web. La dernière fois ma envoyé encore un message de donner certaines informations y comprenant mon adresse actuelle et numéro ID , ou IUC j'ai fait jusqu'à présent j'ai pas encore de retour pourtant normalement les délais de traitement ici c'est 9 semaine parfois ça n'atteint pas au plus un mois . Je sais plus quoi faire svp me donner les idées. Merci cordialement
