Can somebody give me an idea please?

I have a friend in Canada, he is an international student (under student visa). He is already enrolled and payed the school for 8 months. He is now in his 4th month of study and fortunately, he found a job or employer who is willing to give him LMO under their sponsorship. The question is...... Is he allowed to quit schooling and grab the opportunity that is given to him? What are the documents he must ask for the employer to present to his school?

That is a very bad idea.
How can a job lure so much.
Yes you can quit school.
You have restore your status from Study permit to work permit.
And the employer need to apply for Positive LMO first, and then with LMO , you can apply for work permit [Approval is not guaranteed]

But i will strongly recommend to continue as student.

--- Yes. There is already LMO and his student visa will be processed to working visa under the sponsorship of the company. He is a student in a language school. Do you have any idea what to do next when the working visa will not be approved? Anyway, thank you so much for the reply.

If he got the work visa rejected. He got 2 option.
1. Apply again for work visa.
2. Apply for restoration of status again to Student.[Which will be hard to get.]

Ok. but what are the possible reasons that the working visa will be denied? Is having the LMO under the sponsorship of the company not enough? Can he still apply for the restoration of his visa as tourist since student visa will be hard to get?

and when his working visa will be denied, does that mean that he will go back to his home country asap?

Yes, he will have option to apply for restoration to Tourist visa.

Ok. So does he need to gather all the documents first like employment letter and the approved working visa before he quits school? or do you have an idea what are the documents that he must present to the school so he can quit?

Just submit a withdrawal form .
Note- Restoration takes around 16 weeks.
