Student Visa with dependent

I got admission for master in computational science without ietls in Canada now i want to apply for visa with dependent for my wife should i put together or separately

if you know you can show a very strong and convincingly evidence that you are a genuine student and not for immigration purposes, then you can apply both otherwise do it separately
