I have applied for a student visa last december and got rejected (with no common law partner). And now, i would like to apply again for student visa, with dependent of common law partner. Please help me on how to prove my common law partner? I badly want him to be there with me, but how can i not be rejected again by the cic? Do you know other stories with the same problem? Thanks!

Why were you refused the first time?

To prove you have a common law partner you will have to show evidence that both of you have lived together at the same address for a minimum of one full year.

Last year december. But my boyfriend and i have been together for almost 2 yrs now, but i was not able to put him in my dependent last time. I was refused because of lack of financial support and that nurses have no future in the philippines.
