Both my wife and I would like to apply for a Student visa....

Well start by doing some research.

You will need to show that any course is relevant to both your current qualifications and any work experience. Also why coming to Canada will improve your prospects on return to your home country and your IELTS scores show you have a good level of English language. Add to that that you can cover the annual fees of 18000 Can plus 10000 living each per year.
