The amount you should have in your bank account should equal one year's tution plus $10,000 for living expenses during the first year. So for example if your first year's tuition is $12,000, you will need to show a balance of $12,000 plus $10,000 for living expenses for a total amount of $22,000.

Now regarding your second question, there is no a yes/no answer. The officer that assesses your study permit application would look at several things like ties to Morocco for example family (brothers, sisters, wife, kids if any...etc), they look at your travel history in the past, they look at assets like properties including residential, farms, lands in your name or in your father's name. They also look at your previous grades in school to show how serious you are about completing your studies in Canada...etc

There are several factors that will play a role in the decision so I really can't help with this one.

Wish you all the best assa7bi!

Cheers
