Student Visa & Spouse Visit Visa

I get student visa and my spouse and kid get visit visa, can my spouse and kid travel with me to Canada rite now and how long they can be stay with me there? We all have visa validity of two years.

If they are on Visitor visa, I believe they can stay for maximum 6 months after their entry date.

For dependant children if they were issued with Case-10 Visitors, they can stay until end of their duration, even go to school. I dont know why OP applied visitor for a spouse instead of OWP
