Student Visa simuslaniously with FSWP

Hi All

I am ready to send my EOI for the FSW program (Alberta), however i have the doubt if i am allowed, considering i am also pursuing a student visa (Quebec)
I have the ECA(Validated for 4 years), IELTS 7, 35 years in Nov, Single , with Sister Canadian Citizen.


Someone please help me with this inquiry so i can proceed according

My case is, the student visa will be for QUEBEC, While the EOI for EE would be for Alberta, two different cases and laws.
What happens if i send the EOI and a student visa application?
