Hi There, Need some serious help.

I have applied my Canada student visa, which was got rejected 3rd time yesterday.
I have justified all the reasons in GCM notes, But I feel they are not reading it all, and it just being rejected with the same reasons.
I live in Qatar (India Nationality), have applied under NON-SDS, and my application being reviewed in Abu Dhabi visa center.
Can someone guide, if you are face similar situation.

Stop multi posting. You need to post your profile, program, current job/education, citizenship. Assume you are not a citizen which may be your biggest issue. Have you ordered GCMS notes for the last 2 refusals. If so what were reasons for refusal?

-No finance issue
-no family ties issue (have enough family ties in country of residence)
-everything justified.

Below are the reasons, but trust me it was justified to best of my knowledge.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

Have you ever ordered GCMS notes to read full reasons. If not do so? But what is your profile? Age, education, program. You say everything is justified but cannot help with no information. Do you live in your country of citizenship? If not what is your status? What is your ties to country of citizenship? If not a citizen, then IRCC is concerned you will not return home. Family ties are spouse and children.

I suggest you provide a stronger reason why you want to study in Canada, if the is a gap in the study period you have to justify this to and state how studying in Canada will boost your Employment prospects in your home country. Where you rejected after biometrics and medicals or straight up?

Profile is not strong at all. Why do you need to study in Canada at the age of 39? You have a MBA so it doesn’t make sense. How does your program relate to your education (doesn’t expand on it) and how will it give you better career opportunities and higher pay in India. You need to show ties to return to India - job, property, spouse/child. Given that you live in Qatar and on a work visa doesn’t not help your application and show ties to India. IRCC believes you are trying to immigrate given your age and not living in India. Consider changing programs to another Masters in biotechnology.

If you have 3 refusals, assume you have changed programs with each new application. Order GCMS notes.

About GCM, Yes I did both of the time, and explained the reasons given. My consultant told me that your SOP is very good, but for the fact that I am applying under non-SDS (because I am staying Qatar), and its going Abhu Dhabi VFS its getting rejections.

I don’t have an MBA; I want to pursue MBA from Canada. I am working as project Manager, doing MBA will be for sure a value add.

I did MSC – In Biotech- but never worked in this area.
Ties to India I have shown- job, property, spouse/child

I have ordered for GCMS notes.

What school? Is MBA at a private or public school (UBC, U of T)? Your spouse and child live in India and you are working in India now and/or have a job offer?

You have a MSc so need to build on that too. Does your MBA program have a science component? Are you trying to immigrate because your profile certainly seems to show that. IRCC believes that due to reason for refusal. You will not get points for age so not sure if even possible for ITA. Have you ever submitted an Express Entry profile?

That is the reason of my suspicion that they are not reading the SOP, same day by biometric was updated and same say my visa was rejected. Should apply this time around via SDS catatogory will it improve the chances?
