Student visa rejected

Hi guys,
I got refusal today.
My timeline
Applied - Nov 12
Biometric on Dec 2 and updated same day
Medical done on October 27 and updated on Feb 17
Bvl- March 8
Refused - March 10.

What to do next? Any suggestions.
Reason:
I will not leave canada
Leave of Education and establishment

I did B.E in electronics and communication
I have 6 years of experience in software engineering

Course - software and Information Systems Testing in Fanshawe.

Is that program master's or PG diploma?

You did a degree and applied for a college program. It is not even a PG program but can be taken directly out of high school. So the program makes no sense. You should be applying for a Masters or PG program. How does this help and advance your career in your home country? Why do you need a Canadian college program in software and IS testing and is their no program like it in your home country.

It's one year diploma course

Yes, you can still do the same course but higher level than Bachelor's

It is irrelevant. If you're not leaving Canada after your studies you don't meet the requirements for the study permit.
