Student Visa Rejected 4 years ago reapplying after finishing further studies.

Hello,

I am in a very confusing situation I had applied for a student visa for Canada after completing my post secondary education and now I have completed my bachelors and wish to apply for masters course. I do not know what should I do at this point can I reapply?

yes you can reapply for your study permit.
think one of questions on the form ask about previous visa refusal: give them honest answer and explain reason of rejection.
