Hello All,
Last year I applied for a PGD program (1 Year). My aim for the last year was to initially go for 1 Year PGD and than start MS program Part/Full time depending on the situation. I selected a PGD in Enterprise Software Development, I had done my BS in software development. When I applied last year i.e 2008 I had 3 years of software development experience at that time. Visa officer rejected my application stating that "due to the availability of such programs in pak and my current academic and professional experience I wont come back".
This year I have applied directly for MS degree. This degree is conjunction with my current work experience and this degree is not available in Pakistan, not even in Canada only 3-4 universities offer's such degree. All in all this year my application is very strong with my Degree selection, financial backing and all.
My only concern is ... Will the last year's rejection affect my this year's application?
What are the things that I can do to avoid any confusion for visa officer.. or making my case strong infront of him?
Thanks & Regards,
Ali
