Hi all,
One of my brother got cheated by consultant. Actually that consultant gave him fake admission letter of Concordia University.
But my brother applied student visa to Quebec without verification of that university admission letter. After 20 days he got visa refused..
Now he got one more admission letter from University of Regina. So now my question is
1) will he get the visa with new admission letter?
Pls give him to your valuable suggestions...
Thanks in advance for your suggestions...

If he was refused for misrepresentation, there may be a 5 years ban on any new application.

If the consultant gave him a fake letter he should be reported, but at the end of the day your brother is responsible for his own applications. If the visa was refused on the account the letter was found to be fake, he will get banned for 5 years.

Umm... Is this even customary that consultants are dealing with the universities? I know someone from Concordia and they said that first of all the applicant needs to demonstrate a certain level of English to apply, and that the approval letters are always sent to the applicant, not a third party.
Does someone have personal experience?
