hello every one
i was refused my student visa in 2009,the reason they gave me was that they are not sure whether i will leave canada after completion of my study as my previous education doesnt match the future, and also i applied with out as i was misguided by my consultant...........mow my wife is canadian pr and i was wondering whether there will be any problem in this case..........or whether i am eligible to apply or not

No, but you must mention the refusal in your application.

hello
that there is stamp on my passport which states the date of refusal and application number.............i am not going to hide anything.............will there be any problem?

No that's what you SHOULD do, is tell the truth and indicate you were refused a student visa. It is a bit of a red flag, because they might see your refusal and then marrying a Canadian as an attempt to try to enter Canada, but as long as the rest of your relationship background is good, you should be fine.

and i have also completed my education in india........and i will be applying after 5-6 years..............will that be a positive..............i was just wondering if they have to refuse me atleast they will conduct an interview..............and am i eligilble to apply for other immigration programmes?
