Student Visa refusal

Please share your best guess to address the points:

NOTE: I have received refusal for student visa based on the following officer notes from ATIP notes:

I have studied Tourism bachelor, and employed in service industry, and got admitted to George Brown Culinary post graduate - But these are notes for refusal >

1. The applicant does not have significant family ties outside Canada. I note that the applicant is single, mobile, is not well established in country of residence and has no dependents.
2. I fail to see how the proposed program adequately demonstrates a logical progression of studies/career. It is unclear why the applicant would choose to study if already employed in relevant field and what advantages will be gained by the applicant from the chosen program of study.
3. It is also unclear what the benefit of obtaining a second diploma in the same field would be, given that the applicant has already gained significant experience and is already employed in relevant field.

1.What are your family ties to home country? You need to show strong reason to return.
2. Why do you need to come to Canada and take a culinary program? If you have a bachelor in tourism that culinary doesn’t make sense. Difficult to justify the costs of education with a better paying job in home country. Should be expanding on your bachelor in tourism program. Maybe a management program.
3. If you have work experience and have a job already then why do you need to take the program? You need to show that you will make xx more per year to justify the $30k or so per year that it will cost.

Your file seems like you want to immigrate and using it to get PR in the future.

Thank you for the comments, thinking now i believe your comments makes perfect sense. When i applied i thought I should narrow down my field to a specific area (currently i work as bar specialist in restaurant) and thought it can be beneficial to upskill my area and move towards "back office" position of restaurant. Didn't think from your perspective. I should probably revise the selection of study area and re apply

kindly share your timeline. and where you tracking your application with the IRCC tracker ? what was your visa office ?

Do you have any property on your name? a land or an apartment . That can act as hometie. A married person always has an advantage over someone who is single.
