Student Visa Refusal!!!

hii everyone.

My Visa just got rejected i don't know why i just couldn't believe it. I had applied for Computers in Columbia College for University Tranfer Plan for Jan 2014 Intake. Had applied for visa in Chandigarh. i have given good reasons for my study gap so that was not a reason of rejection. They gave me 2 reasons of rejection. 1st. They think i won't go back to my country after study. 2nd. My marks aren't good enough.

Edit: i know i got less marks in maths in 12th but the course which i selected in columbia college is Computers it doesn't include math in it.

2010: 10th : 7.8 CGPA

English: 7
Science: 7
Maths: 10

2012: 12th : 59%

English: 81/100
Chemistry: 64/100
Physics: 52/100
Maths: 39/100
Computer Science: 56/100

Ielts: 6.0
Listening: 6.5
Reading: 6.0
Writing: 6.0
Speaking: 5.5


Now i don't know what should i do whether i should re-apply for Jan 2014 Intake or wait till May 2014 Intake i m confused and worried because with time study gap is also increasing and chance of visa rejection increasing. please advice me what should i do?

i did it through Immigration so they didn't asked for some strong finnacial proofs they just asked like parent's annual income and land property they just wrote it but they didn't asked for proofs so i think they wrote all the income and property but they didn't aatached any proofs with that. but yea gave 10,000$ GIC and 13,000$ 1 year college fees.

i think bcs of ur 12 marks

I feel it was rejected because of low marks in 12th. Apply for some pure sciences degree/diploma in Chemistry since you have highest marks in that. Just a suggestion.

Reasons seems to be valid,, first reason is very common when they don't want to give u visa,, 2nd reason is true also as ur academic record is very bad,, math 39/100 ,, that make sense

but the course which i have selected in college is computers it doesn't include maths in it.

You should try for australia. becoz it is wastage of time if u reapply becoz of ur academic scores. they will give u unneccesary reasons of rejection again

I have similar kind of situation but slightly positive.
10- 82% with 95% in mathematics 2007
12- 59% with 40% maths, 55% Physics, 57% English, 67% chemistry, 75% physical Education- 2009
3 years gap- Reason not having funds
2012- Sold property and started HND level 5 in Electrical Engineering in UK and passed maths with distinction in first two semester and on my way to do that in third semester as well.
Finishing my course in July 2014.
Got provisional admission to B. of Electrical Engg. (5 years0 with co-op) at Memorial University of Newfoundland and possibility of credit transfer from current diploma after finishing it.
IELTS- L-8.0,R-7.0, S-6.5, W-6.0
Funds- Paid first Semester's fees plus approximately Cad$19,000 and showing father's income of approximately Cad$9,000 per year for subsequent years. (Uni cost Cad$8,800 per year)
Chances of returning back to India after studies- Lot of companies moving to India in this field. Also tried to modify a farming equipment but needed more knowledge. But cannot afford University in UK (costs almost double here)
Applying visa on 24/02/2014. I will appreciate evaluation

whoever gets rejection please get caipsnotes.

Its gives real reason the comments of visa officer on file...It will be very helpful.Dont apply second time without knowing what they think for you.
