Dear sir,
I am applying for acceptance from a university in Canada.my mother has or card and is living in Montreal.i wanna ask if it is possible I can get student visa for universities( English ones) .
Also in general in a case applying for Montreal is not right, if I apply for e.g for a city close to Quebec state , sure as Ottawa, is that possible generally I can get student visa?
Is that possible to transfer later from Ottawa or other states to Montreal universities?
In addition as I am 21 years old , but a full time student in a university in my home country, as I want to apply again for undergraduate program in Canada, is there any limitation regarding my age?
Would be so grateful if any advice.
