Student visa processing time (Bangladesh)

I heard it takes about 9 Weeks for student visa processing from Bangladesh. Did anyone get there visa earlier than that time?

Yeah i also read in cic website it takes 9 weeks , but one of my friend got his visa within 7 weeks

Visa Processing time:

after application 1-4 week need for medical and after medical it will take 30-40 days.
