Student Visa Processing Time at CHC Delhi: PMM Seniors, plz guide

Hi All Seniors,

Can you please guide me as to how much time does it take for student visa processing at CHC Delhi, as I had read in other threads that the files of 3rd July and 4th July for Chennai and Banglore had been processed and they have received their visa. I had applied on 27th of June at VFS Delhi. Why there is a difference between CHCs?

just wanted to clear my confusion regarding the point that we should atleast have 80% loan frm the bank...in my case my total fees structure frm the colg is 26937.88 dollar(includes fees,living and other expenses) for the entire year which comes arnd 1470000 inr at current exchange rates...i've already remitte 8365 dollars towards first semester fess frm my own funds...rest i've taken an education loan of 9 lakh rupees...am i meeting the criteria as i've already send first semester fees frm my own funds and taken 9 lakh education loan...pls clarify....
