student visa process!!!

Good day everyone,
Please who has an idea of how long it takes to process a student visa from Nigeria.
I want to know before applying to Mohawk college for their next session which is Sept 2014, I'll like know if I apply now...will my visa be out before July??? Can anyone help with any info on that pls.

if you are applying online is should not take longer than 10 days.

paper applications take longer.

Takes about 2-3 months to get visa based on a complete application. My brother just got his last week from nigeria

I need suggestion plz help me.
I am applying for study permit and now in online application part. Do I need to upload Schedule 1 for me?
My child is of 16 months. Do I need to upload his Letter of Explanation for my child?
These are optionals, not required part. What should I do?

Good day everyone , I am from Nigeria, with a BSc. in Computer Science (2.2). I applied for a PGD program in Electrical and Computer Engineering in U of Saskatchewan for January intake but I am yet to pay my application fee due to the fact that I am not sure if I will get an admission letter. Pls I need an advise on this and I do not have any proof of English certificate like IELTS and the likes because I studied in schools where English is our native language, pls does this really matter or must I do the proof of English exam?
