Hey, I submitted a student visa for the first time on gckey. Normally I always get 2 messages from cic from my past visitor visa and extension right away. One is to say I sent it and another that is a conformation email. But this time I only received the 1 message and my biometrics isn't listed and I have no application number. And my account it says please wait while we serch for your application. I've never went through that before. Is that normal for student visa application?

I have the same problem. Can you update me what happened? Have you received your application number yet?

Yes, it actually got updated the next day. prior biometrics showed up. got the application number too. I'm guessing it was just Delayed. Still have not received medical request yet .

It's a common issue, nothing to worry about. Just give it 24-48 hours and it will automatically show your application number, and other corresponding documents
