Student Visa Inquiries! HELP!

Hello,

I just received my acceptance letter for my bachelor degree program at VIU, and started o fill the student visa application [IMM1249E]

However, I came across few questions that I'm not really sure what to put, and I would greatly appreciate your help.

Q: What is the Clinet ID Number? I don't believe I have one to put.

Q: What should I put in, "My residential address in Canada"? I never been to Canada before, and I don't have an apartment yet there, the same goes for a Telephone number in Canada.

Q: In Part C (Coming Into Canada), what should I put as the original entry to Canda? The city and province of where I'm going to land in Canada first? or the city and province of where I'm going to study?

Q: In Part D (My Request), there are only three options that I could pick, but none apply to my case, which is to initialize a study permit.
they are: I want to:- (extend my stay in Canada until), (extend the stay of my family member in Canada until), AND/OR (change conditions for the following reasons), what should I do?

Q: In the Document Checklist [IMM5555E], there is a item that must be checked, (Stamped Receipt [IMM5401]). what is it? and where can I obtain one?

Q: In the Checklist, there is: Proof of academic standing at institution(s): letter from institutional registrar and/or photocopies of transcript from your last two periods of study

What exactly is this? its different than (Proof of acceptance from an educational institution, as specified) I'm assuming?

Ive been studying in the united states before, but due to some personal issues I had to withdraw my semesters and come back to Saudi Arabia

Oh BOY! If you are applying for your initial SP from outside Canada: You need to fill IMM1294E not IMM1249E which is for change condition/extending your stay in canada.
