You donot need any visa for courses shorter than 6 months of duration

Tiger please confirm:

this exception is also valid for pakistani students or not and if we dont need a study permit then what will be the process then .

Should i just buy the ticket and go to canada without any study permit ?

And what if i want to stay there afterwards either by applying in a different course or looking for a work permit through finding a job?

apply for visit visa, but that will be very difficult if you are depending on finances from parents or anyother.
well you can apply for a study permit but rejection chances will be 99.9% from atleast CHC ISLAMABAD

As a Pakistan u will have to get a visit visa to travel to Canada.
About ur profile : What course are you taking ? are u a student or work full time ?
If its a work related training / course and ur work wants you to go then get supporting documents from your work.
If u are a student and going just to study, ur chances on a one month course are very LOW.

I am alot sure now that i got hit by a scammer consultant and my chances for visa is prettty impossible.

Please do not be confused. There are two things

1. Study permit

2. Travel Visa

For one month training courses you might not need a Study permit but u defiantly need a TRV if you hold a Pakistani passport. Ur Visa will be a simple Visit visa. For more details you can check the website. www.cic.gc.ca

get a course in college, write a sop and apply........consultant is not the immigration officer who will make decision on your profile
