Can I get a student visa for Sheridan college in a 3 year diploma program with 58 % in 12, and with a IELTS score of 7 but I have 5.5 in writing

very good score. but cant you appear for IELTS again. See the visa application fees is CAD 150 and IELTS is little more than that. But believe me it will be beneficial if you retake the exam. You still have time for Jan intake. Dont worry about the college offer. That is not difficult but study permit is.
