Student visa from turkey

I applied for student visa online on 28th July 2016 . On internet it says the processing time is 1 week, however it's been 12 days and still no response.
Does anyone experience this?

Yes, I did. No replies still.

Hello, I got my visa today. It took 32 days even though on their website it says only one week for the study permits made online.

Hope you all will get yours soon!
