But I am confused where to deposit the fees. I like the college course but my mind says that chances of study permit is more in university.
What would you suggest??

And as long as you justify your reasoning, it should be OK. SOP matters a lot in this case.
The nature of the work you have done in your employment matters, you should elaborate on that. Provide evidence in the form of employment letter which mentions the nature of your work (duties).
An individuals circumstances are inescapable. Just explain to the best of you ability - why you want this course, how does it improve your prospects, how it relates to your work and previous degree.
A VO will never cite your age as the singular factor in a refusal. It will probably be that you're not a bona fide student. So you just need to demonstrate, to the best of your ability, that you are a genuine student.

In addition, you need a convincing reason why you need to study this program in Canada and not from your country of residence.

It is very difficult to predict about the future that where I want to work. However, I am working in my organization from last more than 6 years and my relations are very smooth.OK. Just explain how the new program will benefit you. Try to be as specific as possible. Do you intend to continue working where you are right now? If so, can you get a simple letter from your work-place that states that they give you a leave of absence?
