Qualifications : SSLC (10th Standard and Diploma in Electronics and communication Eng. (3Years)
Presently i am working Experience: 8 years Experience in Electronics Technician

The above details my education and Work Experience

My percentages in Studies

SSLC (10th Standard) -47%
Diploma 1st Year - 51% (2 back logs)
Diploma 2nd Year - 53% (No Back logs)
Diploma 3rd Year -54% (No Back logs)

Please get me information i can apply or not and do the needful.

Indeed you have a low performance in your academic life, however, you have a good experience in your professional life. You may apply for a bachelor degree in a related course and get your letter of admission. Remember, offering your working experience to the college/Uni is very important. It will bring up your chances your getting letter of admission.
To conclude, yes you can apply for sure and if you provide other information for your bank statements,property, birth country,etc, we can provide you a better guidance. Hope it helps.

Based on what I have read so far,I think it will be better if you see a consultant.Most consultant provide free assessment based on your education qualification.
But note that some of them will say they can guarantee visa for you,beware them they just want to get your business.So go to only reputed consultants who have a proven track record.
immigration consultants certified by Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) are good.even though they are certified for providing assistance immigration to Canada,they also help in getting student visa.they follow certain rules set by ICCRC so I think you can trust them.
