STUDENT VISA EXPIRING,MARRIED,PR PLLICATION

Hi all,

I got married in April and was collecting documents for PR application..Thank God i managed to get all of them including divorce certificate from previous marriage back home...My visa expiring this August 30,am sending my
application next week..Can i qualify for OWP??What do i do with my visa expiring in August??I drive with valid drivers license if Police pulls me over can this lead to out right deportation??

Oh i read from another thread that PR application and EVERYTHING INLCUDING open work permit totals to CAD 1295 ...!!! Hope it has changed..

I am not sure about the fee but if you apply within validity of your current visa for PR, you will be eligible for OWP
