Hey malik, I don't understand when you are half way through with your course in Canada why can't u simply get the study permit renewed from Canada? Why do you have to apply from scratch for the visa ?

ya i am half way through,i wanted to come back to Pakistan right after my exams.In Canada it takes 70 days to renew study permit so It was a better idea to come back to Pakistan and stay with family.Otherwise I would have to stay in Canada just waiting for my passport.
i am hopeful they would give it to me.Inshallah

they emailed me back "your application has been finalized and documents would be returned in coming days."

Inshallah we all will get a good news in the following weeks.
