Student visa Denied at Delhi. Need some advice, Please help.

Hey,

I had submitted my documents at VFS-Delhi on 21st july and collected my passport on 28th july, with the rejection letter. But the strange thing is that , out of all the reasons mentioned on the rejection letter, none of them are ticked, not even one. There are check-boxes next to every reason, but not one has been ticked. My classes starts from 4th september, do I have time to apply again?? My university is sending me a letter referring to the visa officer to grant visa (And explain the tie-up , as I am transfer student, from a twinning program), Will this letter help?
BTW my finances were much more than needed. Need some help guys, I am really confused and worried right now.

Okay, So I attached these : (Had submitted in order, but as of now don't remember the order)

1.Education loan - 3 lakhs
2. Bank Statements (3 banks, my parents account) : 52 lakhs
3. 2 FD's 2 Lakhs each
4. Father's ITR
5. admission letter from Saint Mary's University, with credit transfer evaluation (Successfully transferred 45 Credits )
6. post-secondary education transcript (the college I am transferring from which has tie-up with Saint Mary's University)
7.class 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates
8. 1 Semester fee paid copy
9. passport and photocopy
10. Father's public provident fund copy: 6 lakhs
11. Medical exam original receipt.
I guess that was it . I applied through CUAC (Canadian University Application Center) they checked my documents thoroughly, and said they are well organised and there shouldn't be any problem.
In the family information form , I had mentioned about my elder brother who is working in California , USA. So , you think by any chance that this would had affected the decision?

if you apllied under spp...then some of above documents were not necessary ?


if you applied under general then you must attach property paper

this will show you home ties

Applied under general, so I am reapplying next week I ll also attach the property letter, plus the letter from SMU , would such a letter be of any help??

yes ....letter from university will work..one guy is present on this forum who got his visa in second chance. he also attached a recommendation letter from university

Thanks! also I got no rejection reason so can I mail to the embassy , asking for a reason for denial of study permit?

of course, first you know the reason for rejection ,then clear them and apply again

if you will receive extension letter for one month, hope u will get visa........
The processing time for india is just 4 weeks.......
I will send you strong sample of cover letter (4pages), study plan,
Study permit Questionarry form.....
Could you make cover letter on behalf of your sponsor(1 page)?
