In which form do you have to prove your countries ties? Family, employment, properties, etc?
I am a native from Argentina, but I have been living in the US for 14 years, under a family petition which is approved, pending visa. I have never been to my country since I left when I was 14 years old with my parents. Now I am married and have three children (school age).
I know my case is a little bit more complicated.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thank you

yea ur case is a little bit complicated ... but u have a family that is ur wife and childrens you can show them as ur ties to come back to US .. bcoz there is no way u can prove ur ties to argentina as from last 14 years u never been there... so its better to use US as ur country and prove some ties to US, like ur family, and if u have any property or a car or anything under ur name and a job as well, if u have a job u can get a letter from ur employer that he is giving u this extraordinary leave for ur studies... and i hope this gonna work for u , bcoz this is the best u can do to prove ur ties to ur home country...
