Hi,
With the help of members in this forum, I have completed gathering all my documents and necessary paperworks.

I am from Bangladesh and applying from Kuwait
I have got the following documents

-Acceptance letter for under graduate from University of York for Summer Term 2013 (May 1)
My brother applied for me, so the letter contains his address in St. John, should I submit the authorization letter which I wrote in his name to Univeristy to Canadian Embassy.

-Statement of purpose
-Police clearance certificate
-Bank statement of my father with 45,000 usd
-Father Business contract papers, New contract signed on 2012 July ( He is in manpower business in Kuwait)
-Homeland Property 504,700 usd and and a saving account with 14,000 usd

On one of the topic which I started before, I had question on family information.
My brother who just finished his BBA in Accounting from Memorial University has now shifted to Toronto with PGWP just 13 days ago. Should I mention his previous address of St. John. He also worked part time as billing consultant for few months maybe 7.

So how do I fill his address and occupation. Since he has shifted to Toronto into a temporary residence.

It would be kind if you also say me the success rate of applicants who has their brother as PGWP, since my brother told he saw few of his friends brother getting accepted.

It would be really helpful if you answer :)

I dont think they will deny VISA to you because your brother is already here. I think telling the truth is good.

Your brother is here legally, right? that means he has fulfilled all the conditions set by Canadian goverment to stay here so the Canadian goverment wanted him thats why they gave him visa. So you dont need to worry about anything, you go ahead filling your application saying the truth.

ALL THE BEST

Yes, he is legal. He is there just for education and will return homeland to expand business, since Manpower business is booming in Middleeast.

He did not use tricks to apply for PR or anything else. Just continuing his education as much he can, since Canadian Education weighs more in Middle east.

It was nice to see a reply after so many days :) !

1. You must disclose your sibling status in application form, Absolutely no impact on your chances provided your profile/academics are good.

Hi @enfield

Should I write his ST John address since he is living in some temporary flat in Toronto and his occupation of previous firm or simply "Post Graduate" on the family information form

1. You should write the current address. If not doing any job, write 'PGWP holder'.
