Most universities ask for a minimum of 3.0 / 4.0 (around 75%, give or take). If the program you're looking for is a technical program like Computer Science, or Engineering, they may ask for a higher GPA because of the competition. You may need to look at colleges instead. But I echo @Naturgrl 's words. Do the research on your own. Check the admission and eligibility requirements for the program of your choice on the university websites.
