Hello guys
My family had a car which on paper my brother is the owner, dad had bought for us, me and brother both was using it, we sold it to study in canada, deposited into my account, and one week later i'm applying to student visa for January intake, what can i do?
1- prove that the car was from father's money
2- my brother gifted the money to me

Depending on where you are, you will be able to apply for the regular study permit program or SDS program. Under the regular program, I believe you or your sponsors will need to provide bank statements for the past 12 months to prove that money is not "surprising" money or borrowed money. Visa officers will also need to see the regular income, which means you or your sponsor will not need this money to cover their living and this money will be solely for your study plan. In this case, I don't think your financial support is very strong for your visa application.
