Student Visa approval pending from more than 30 days

Hello,

I have student visa on 19th of Nov 2015 from India. As per the website of CIC the maximum processing time is of only of 3 weeks, but my file is still with them from last 33 days. My al friends got visa in less than 3 weeks and most of them get it in less than a week.

Now I am in great worry, My flight is on 23rd of December 2015 from Delhi to Montreal. Now what should I do?

Its no where mentioned that maximum processing time is 3 weeks.

Yet i havenot got the final decision .
My medical uploaded on 2nd December .

My friend also applied on 3rd november but hasn't heard since then. The status is still open and no other movement on mycic.

I had applied for study permit on Nov 3 in New Delhi office, but have not received any response till now. My college starts in jan 5. Did you get yours by now ,sir?

CIC never promises max processing time. What you read actually completed rate on last year, it has a fine print. Many of the applicants that submit their application online (much faster than via paper) even don't have any response and CIC will not take responsibility for any booking, accommodation, or even the already paid college by applicant.

I applied on 9th Oct and no response until now, my class will start on 4th Jan.

Something is definitely wrong in CIC and to be frank there's nothing we can do about it.

I have applied file through online portal on 15 November for study visa of canada. It has been 2 weeks since medical is been approved bit visa decesion is still pending. My friend(same case, same documents) applied with me got visa in 2 weeks. My classes are from 4 jan.
Should I file a CSE or just wait?

Nope... it has nothing to do with rejection. My agent says that they were facing these problems previous years also.
