If a graduate student didn't receive his/her study permit on time and the late registration deadline (Winter 2014) has passed what would happen?
Ok, you may ask to defer for another semester in the university which is in Fall 2014 but concerning the visa : would you be able to fly to Canada and wait from Jan till Sept without studies? or you must re-apply for another visa because when the officer sees that your late registration date has passed it will be automatically rejected? and you will be asked to apply for Fall 2014 ?
