Student visa applying second time ,need guidance

Here is the information .my first
Student permit application was refused on the basis of one my Studies don,t match with previous studies.

10+2 arts , 2015
ITI (INDUSTRIAL TRAINING INSTITUTE ) Electrician, 2017
IELTS 6

I got admission Electromechanical Engineering Technician - Robotics at St.Clair college,windsor

Please suggest what needs to be done in second application in order to get study permit.

1- change the course
2- change course n college
3-write SOP
4- go for GCMS

Is your course perfectly relate to your previous studies? If yes, no need to change the course, but make sure it is at undergraduate level. Then do write a strong sop why you only want to pursue that course and what are your future plans when you come back to india.

As you have Electrician diploma there's no problem with your course and college choice.
Order Caips notes and strongly address the refusal reason in your SOP.
IELTS any band less than 5.5?

U cant take non medical course with arts stream i strongly suggest to choose the relevant program..

To update you here,I have done 10+2 arts and Certificate course in Electrician ,2 years course .(not an Diploma,which for 3 years )

Your last course was electrician 2 year cert course. So you have no problem with relevancy.

Your IELTS individual score or finances maybe a problem? Did you score less than 5.5 in any module?

Then its absolutely fine, make a strong sop and reapply with everything properly sorted.
