Hi everyone,

I am new in this forum and would greatly appreciate if you would help to answer my questions regarding Student Visa. I am a registered in the Philippines currently working in Singapore as a Marketing Executive (yes, not related with my profession).

I would like to ask whether is it possible to apply for a Student Visa which is also unrelated to the course that I have finished in the Philippines. I plan to enroll in the Esthetics Program at one of the colleges in Ontario. I hope someone could help answer this question.

Thank you and hope to hear from you guys! :)

You did not specify what kind of registered professional. I'm guessing registered nurse. If you do plan to take Esthetic course you would probably be refuse for the course mismatch. Get a course that is an upgrade of your career so that it will be easier to convince the visa officer that you are only upgrading your educational career in Canada.

Thank you very much for your reply. Yes, I am a Registered Nurse.
