My soon to be husband is Colombian and will be applying to schools in Canada. We currently live in Colombia. Does anyone foresee a problem with him getting a student visa while married to me if he gets accepted to a Canadian university? Will it be possible for him to apply for a PR visa while studying in Canada if granted the visa? I'm not really sure the best order or way we should deal with studying, PR and applications. Thanks for any advice/help!
