Student visa Application time Single and now married so what to do?

Applied online for student visa for M.eng programme for sept 18 intec.Now problem is that, at time of visa application (june 18) status is unmarried and waiting for visa , say visa under process , before few day I got married and status changed to married. So any type of problem created after getting visa? Or I have to be change my status on visa paper? if yes , then guid me how I can change or inform any one at indian visa office or at landing time I have to inform at canada? pl inform me what can I do bcoz i have remaining 20 days for flying to canada. Can I change my status during visa process? Or after receiving i infom Canadian consulate or at time of arrival at canada . My wife come individual student visa or may be came as a spouse visa.We just want to know that create any kind of problem for us now or in the future?

Yes, you can change the status while visa is being processed.
You need to fill a web-form to inform the authorities of the change in your status.

One more question
If I fill a web-form to inform the authorities of the change in my status, then any acknowledgement given by them? Which I kept with me as a proof that I inform them. Also in visa they display my status? And which document i bring to canada at show to visa officer during receiving student permit, that I also inform authority after my marriage
