Hi,

My student visa application was rejected yesterday with the reason: "I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay". I have got enough funds for my tuition and stay, a college letter of acceptance and everything else required. I clearly stated that I wanted to come back to my home country in my letter of intent. What else can I do? Any ideas? Can I re-apply? What should I include in my application? Thanks

Where are you from??

Did you over stayed in any other country?

I am not sure but I think you cannot can re-apply and give them the prove of your attachment with the country and your return confirmation!

Then you have to satisfy the visa officer that you will come back interms of showing your link with your country.

And as far as I know you have to re apply as you cannot re appeal on the rejected study visa application.

Thanks for the response.
How can I satisfy the visa officer? I already showed my real estate documents, my funds etc. Any ideas will be appreciated, thanks.

Hi,
Can you please answer some of the questions

In which degree you applied there?
What is your university name?
How much funds have you shown to them?
What did you write in your previous letter to show your family ties?
Your apply date? Medical test date? Visa rejection date?
What is your family structure?

Thanks

hi just wondering, did you get rejected before or after you had your medical? thanks...
