Hello All!

I am an international student, currently accepted to MA program in Concordia. I do plan to apply for a study permit for myself and for an open work permit for my fiancee. Currently we are not really sure how to proceed with application better, so we will be happy for your suggestions on how to work it out for us to have better chances of being accepted.

As long as we are not yet married, is it better to apply as a Spouse or Common-Law partner, since our marriage will be not very long at the date of application?

Is it better to apply for me first for a Student Permit, get it, and then for her for an Open Work Permit? Or to apply all together? Where are better chances to be approved?

Thanks in advance! :)
