Hello All,

I'm from India and need your help to clarify some questions -
My visitor visa were rejected four times, given reason - "You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident" ,
whats are my chances to get study permit ?

My profile -

MCA ---- 2010 ---- 74%
BCA ---- 2007 ---- 70%
12th ---- 2004 ---- 65%

IELTS general - over all 6 ---- L-7 , R-5 , W-5.5 , S-6.5

After completing MCA, 3 years of work experience in computer programming and teaching, I would to advance my education in computer or management field but not intent for PHD .

I was looking to courses to get business knowledge and start my own business -

Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management
Master of Engineering Entrepreneurship and Innovation

what are the best options and courses offered in Canada ?
Is there a age preference for student visa ?

Thanks in advance!

It will be difficult for you to be approved due to the four visitor visa approvals. You will have to show very strong ties to your home country to prove that you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.

4 times? why didn't you try to get help after the first rejection, or at least the second one.
I believe that every rejection makes it a bit harder to get approved the next time. You either need to show at least strong ties to home country or have very good study results (I believe yours are not bad, but average).
The fact that your brother has PR does not really help your case, since that means you got ties here too and they probably believe that you'll follow your brothers foot steps.

1: Your previous rejections might make it difficult.
2. Your IELTS score are too low
3. You won't get a visa for business course as the embassy will find it irrelevant

The fact that your brother is a PR will work against you.

Proof of ties to your home country are things such as: proof of employment, proof of business owned, proof of property owned, proof of other assets, proof of immediately family members who are staying behind (immediate family members = spouse and children, not parents). In short, proof of ties is anything that demonstrates that you have things back in your home country that will make you return there after your studies have been completed.
