Student Visa after 30 year with one rejection

Hi i have done my master in physiotherapy and have 5 year experience and had one refusal in 2016. Now what are the chances to get student visa at this age?

Age is not really that relevant , you would still need to qualify for a study permit by meeting the same requirements as everyone else such as is the course relevant both to current qualification/work experience and how does that improve your prospects on returning to your home country. Often already having a masters can be a challenge in getting approval for a PG diploma.
