Hello..
I am from India, I am married and we have little kid as well... now me and my husband are planning to Canada. I want to come there at study visa.

I have done my Master of Arts in English in 2016. My Husband has discontinued his bachelors. He has only 12th class certificate passed in 2012.

We both dont have any professional jobs. My husband takes care of his Family business. Which has around 30-40 lakhs of turnover per year. (which we can prove through bank statement transactions).

And Yes we can prove Enough Financial Support. (Enough Bank Balance for My Fee And GIC and for ther Expenses along with few unmovable properties worth more than $250000)

I want to know few things before we apply for canada:

1. Which study/course is best for me? Can my Educational GAP become a problem?
2. What is his chances on getting spouse visa along with me (with kid as well) ? Can we apply at a time?
3. Can he get work permit as well?
4. What are the chances of getting spouce viaa for my husband with only 12th Pass Certificate. With such long gap.

Please advice.

Thanks.

1. It needs to be something that makes sense in light of your previous education and work experience. So ideally either another Master's that is in a related field or a PhD. A post graduate diploma is also an option although this is a lower level of education than a Master's and it may be more difficult to get a study permit approved, along with visas fro your whole family.
2. No one can give you the chances. However the chances will be higher if you are coming to Canada for a Master's or PhD. You can either apply all together or separately.
3. Yes, your husband can apply for an open work permit. No guarantee it will be approved but he can absolutely apply.
4. No one can give you the chances.

Have you been working since you did your masters? It must make sense for you to uproot your family and spend so much money.
